Q: Are the graded cards real/authenticated?
A: Yes. All graded cards are officially authenticated and sealed by PSA, BGS or CGC, and sourced in mint condition. 

 

Q: What graded cards are found in your packs? 
A: Currently it is just PSA, BGS and CGC, however we are currently looking at putting in ACE and TAG graded cards. 

Q: What is the difference between a each Tier of the Premium Mystery Packs?
A: Each tier has a higher floor value, meaning the minimum floor of the graded card inside increases with each level. Higher tiers also include a greater number of older and more sought-after booster packs, along with higher-value slabs in every pack.

 

Q: What is the +1 Bonus Ticket for Premium Mystery Packs?
A: There’s a 1 in 25 chance to receive a ticket with a redemption code that lets you claim a pre-allocated prize (while stock lasts).

 

Q: How does the Buy-Back Program work?
A: We offer to buy back your graded card at 70-80% market value, based on either Collectr or TCGPlayer pricing. Further details can be found in the Refund Policy

 

Q: Can I request specific packs or cards?
A: No — all Mystery Packs are pre-packed and randomized to ensure fairness and excitement for everyone.

 

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: No - However we travel between Hamilton and Auckland (Baydragons - Botany) quite frequently, so if it suits we are able to discuss to save on shipping, Message us first to find out when we will go up Auckland to set up order pick ups.

If you are located in Hamilton, we do delivery upon discussion. 

 

Q: What Packs can be found? 
A: Only English booster packs can be found in packs. All Booster Packs from each era can be potentially found with the only exception being Pokémon GO, Celebration, Trick or Trade and Detective Pikachu as we do not stock those. We stay up to date so the latest released packs are always included when possible.
